I own both an Apple Watch and this. Honestly, GT5PROMAX matches it in health monitoring and beats it in battery life, at a fraction of the price. The Apple needs charging every day, this one lasts a week.
The first look out of the box blew me away. The build quality doesn't feel like something at this price at all. Screen brightness is enough to see clearly even in sunlight.
The design is clean and elegant, not bulky but not tiny either. It fits well even on a woman's wrist. Metal frame with a removable strap works for both business and casual.
The screen is crisp with vivid colors, and touch response is smooth with no lag. There are plenty of watch faces to choose from. I switched to a simple one and it looks really premium.
Bluetooth call quality exceeded my expectations, and the noise cancellation works decently in noisy places. During meetings I keep my phone on silent and take important calls on my watch without missing a beat.
The whole family uses one. I can check my parents' step count and heart rate anytime. If there's anything unusual in their trends, I'll notice it right away.
Being able to answer calls directly on the watch when I can't get my phone out on the subway is so convenient. The microphone picks up well, no need to shout at your wrist.
Got this for my mom for Mother's Day. She says the font is big and easy to read, and it's simple to use. I can sync her blood pressure and sleep data to my phone, which is way more convenient than calling to ask every day.
Heart rate monitoring stays steady during workouts. After a run, I can see my average heart rate, max heart rate, and calories burned clearly. Totally sufficient for everyday fitness.
I bought one for each of my parents. Through the app I can check their health data remotely. They don't know how to use complicated tech, but I can see everything clearly, which gives me real peace of mind.
The step tracking is very accurate, basically identical to my phone data. The screen responds fast and swiping between screens is smooth. Checking steps and heart rate daily is a breeze.
The blood pressure accuracy is close to 99%, heart rate 99.48%, and after 7 days of continuous wear the battery still isn't dead. For this price range, that data is honestly unbeatable.
It automatically tracks my steps and distance during my commute without me opening a phone app. By the time I get to the office, I've already knocked out half my daily goal.
I've been wearing it for days and checking blood sugar trends half an hour after meals. The numbers move but don't swing wildly. I used to prick my finger four times a day and my hands were covered in needle marks. Now tracking trends is so much easier.
You need to calibrate it first, and after that the blood pressure trends are really useful. It's more than enough for daily monitoring. At this price, you can't expect it to be a medical-grade device.
