Also it can monitor the heart rate, etc. Another feature I like is that the watch can make phone call, easy to connect with my mom when her phone is not at hand. It does a good job on that.

I would like to get a printed manual of all it can do and how to set it up and use them. I figured out how to do a couple so far.
