Continue ShoppingI bought this watch for the blood pressure function. When I first opened the watch, there was no blood pressure function in it. Fortunately, with the patient guidance of the customer service, I opened the blood pressure in the APP and entered the private customization mode. The measurements are very accurate. To get this watch for under $80, I think it's a great deal.
I like the product because they charge fast and last long. Out of all the other wireless ear phones that I have got in the past , these are the best. I love the price , the sound quality, and how they are durable.
If you wanted an Apple Watch for medical purposes, skip the expense and buy this. So happy I made the decision to spend 73 bucks over 270 bucks.
Let me say that I like the watch, it's not the fanciest, but worth every penny and does EVERYTHING I want it to do! I can customize the face and track everything important to me. The cherry on top is the Customer Support; they are amazing! I lost my charging cable and they have been fast and super helpful with the situation! I was already happy and told a few friends about my "super reasonably priced watch", but now everyone will know how great the company is too!
This watch does everything one of those name brand watches does. Through Bluetooth you can listen to music while working or working out. Blood pressure detection, steps monitored, text messages, receive calls and more. The leather strap is extra durable and provides a stay in place fit when sweating. The fact that you're given a choice of what you want Bluetooth to control is a huge plus. He set this watch up to where it will show him his text but doesn't interfere with his phone calls. Unlike others, when BT is connected phone calls are picked up by watch automatically. Trendy and stylish!
This is just what I needed to kickstart a healthy routine, both to track my activity and my sleep.
I had issues getting quality sleep, and would often wake up in the middle of the night, stay awake 2-3 hours, until finally falling asleep about an hour or 30 minutes before having to get up to get ready for work.
I love the sleep meditations on the companion app--I can confidently say they have changed my life!! The guided meditations help me fall asleep, and the special "wake up in the middle of the night" tracks help me to quickly fall back asleep. I love being able to track the quality of my sleep long term, and watch for patterns.
The variety of tools you can use via the app is great! I have used some of the exercise programs with no issue, and the recipes are also great: so many different choices to fit whatever dietary restrictions you may have!
I got my tracker when it first came out last year, and about 2 weeks ago, one of the plastic bad holders broke. I reached out to Official website to get a replacement, and though I was unable to get one at this time (they did not have any available), they provided me a full refund to buy a new one.
For now, I am using a small piece of tape to hold the band in place (with no issues), but will be getting a replacement ordered ASAP.
Compared to the more expensive Fitbit out there, this tracker does almost everything, including checking text messages, and a full year of the companion app for a FRACTION of the price.
The contents of this watch are life-changing. Amazing that, for something as fundamental as breathing (we take an average of 20-25,000 breaths per day), most of us do it wrong, wreaking havoc on our energy, fitness and overall well-being
Before investing in expensive supplements and other health protocols, buy this watch, give the simple breathing exercises a try, and experience a new level of wellness.
I owned this brand but a cheaper version a number of years back. I took it to my doctor to compare it to the multi thousand dollar BP device he had. It turned out to be 30 points to high on the top end of the reading. So I through it away. My doctor encouraged me to get one again stating that the new ones were much better. He was correct as this new version is pretty close to his professional one.
o far, so good. I've only used this for a few days, but am pretty impressed! First off, I think they sent a gold colored watch face for my pink band, but it's not that noticeable. I wondered how it could measure BP without pumping up, but apparently there is something new called pulse arrival time (PAT) that measures time and/or strength between a heartbeat and the time it reaches your wrist as a pulse. It's seeming pretty accurate. Same with oxygen and HR. Weather measurement is off. I tried the sleep monitoring one night and that seemed pretty good too. I usually have an 1.5-hr intermission during sleep in the middle (hate it, but that's the way it is). It picked up a 30 min awake time surrounded by light sleep instead. I'm usually watching TV during that time, so I think I was awake. No biggie. I saw that I'm getting the deep sleep required. Steps seemed spot on when going straight continually, maybe not as good when turning around. I haven't tried the different activities' counts, but found when I rode my exercise bike, the watch did not pick it up as steps. I'm older and not great with newer technology, but eventually did sort out most of the app and settings. Tricky for old fingers to get the band on, but I did. Then realized I needed to charge it first and couldn't find any holes. By luck, when maneuvering it, the swinging cable attached itself to the magnets on the back of the watch. LOL. The Q&As here helped me along (thanks, fellow shoppers). I'm still getting the swiping directions down to find things on it. For those who can't find how to change metric to imperial, you do it through the app on your phone. There are three tabs in the app at the bottom of the screen that bring up a host of selections under Home, Device, and Mine. For some things to work, you need to provide permissions. IE, I had to allow access to SMS and WhatsApp to view text messages on the screen. Tiny to read, but neat technology. It throws out Hints if you're trying to set something up, but have not allowed specific permissions yet to do so. Now some of the things it asked permission for seemed out of bounds to me, and I refused. So I probably will never even try to put a picture on my watch, see my email there or phone calls. I did find a more pleasing face dial in their app library than the red/black or striped thing.
Thank the HM19 smartwatch. As for how effective the techniques are, I have asthma, and it has never taken me much effort to get out of breath. I was always breathing heavy, even when sitting down. However, after just a couple weeks of doing these breathing exercises, my breath was much smoother and softer. I feel so much better, and I know that it's just going to keep getting better the more I do it.
I’m using it mostly for sleep tracking! I often times sleep walk orrrr have very lucid dreams and or hallucinations while awake but yet not awake, and sleep paralysis. Doesn’t happen very often, but I’m wondering if my O2 dips low causing the Gallic orrrrr if my blood pressure either goes really high or really low. But hoping to catch something odd when they occur! Other than that, seems pretty accurate. Of course blood pressure isn’t as accurate on the wrist as compared to the upper arm. Usually the wrist cuffs or wrist blood pressure is off about 5 numbers. But I can say that this is just as accurate as my rite aid wrist cuff BP machine!!! So spot on there! Again you can see it’s about as spot on as my other BP cuff!! Pics for reference!
This was the only device that was able to accurately and quickly diagnose the condition with my heart. I started having an abnormal heart rhythm about 2 weeks ago, for which I went to urgent care. They did an EKG on me at the clinic and found no abnormalities. Then they placed a Zio heart monitor on my chest to wear for 2 weeks which found no abnormalities. Decided to take matters into my own hands and purchased this on FITVII, as a last resort, with absolutely no expectation of it working at all.
But FITVII v19pro and its high quality reading which clearly showed my PVCs, I was able to forward these to my doctor before the appointment. The doctor remarked that the EKG readings were extremely high quality and was able to diagnose me easily and prescribe me the medication I need.
I'm extremely grateful to the people who created this device and the app, and I can WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this to anyone who is having any issues with their heart and especially for those who have tried other devices that have failed.
In my case it works with iPhone and Apple iOS.
The app works fine, and even in my iPhone's Health app, the data returned from the various sensors is perfectly correct.
Changing screens and various settings from the app is very easy, and it can receive calls, messages, emails and many notifications from the phone app.
Its design is very beautiful and slightly different from the usual watches. It can be worn in any situation, and its screen can change based on your activity and where you are. The «Da Fit» application allows you to customize it with more than a hundred different wallpapers.
It is IP68 waterproof, you can use it in swimming pool, shower, wash hands, splash water, sweat and
Can be used as a trigger to take pictures with your smartphone.
It can charge to 100% in up to 120 minutes.
It can go 5 to 7 days without a problem without recharging, depending on usage.
Finally, it allows you to monitor your sleep blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate, etc.
The watch is very complete and looks very nice. I am very satisfied.
I like to change them often, so welcome to add this one to my collection.
Follow the watch's breath project to do if you are snoring, recommended for nasal surgery, overweight, get out of breath easily, an athlete, or any person for that matter. I use the watch, started using his techniques, and I not only avoided surgery, but stopped snoring and significantly improved my sleep quality as proven the sleep app I use. So basic, so easy, so potentially impactful on your life. Please try this.
Excellent smartwatch at an affordable price, large and well-defined display. Great features, used during training run it was accurate on distance and beats. Call alert and message notifications. I really like the charging cradle to put the phone on.
I bought the M10 fitness tracker and really like all of the features. I did have problems charging it after two months, but the problem was quickly resolved by the company. The Customer Service rep Rachel couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. I would buy their products again.
