I have the Whoop, Oura ring, and Apple Watch. Yes too much data tracking I already know. but this is the best and most accurate data I have used.

Tracks my sleep, fitness like a pro. Has great activity detection, and knows exactly what I'm doing.

The daily log is customizable, and lets you track trends to see how things affect you throughout your day.

Sometimes it takes a long time for the data to upload from the fitvii to the actual app in the mornings or after long periods of having the app closed, but eventually syncs up.

The alarm feature is my favorite, and has saved me a few times after forgetting to set a phone alarm.

Alternatives to Whoop

It feels just like wearing a Whoop. My fitness friends thought I was wearing a Whoop, but I was actually wearing a fitvii. Whoop is too expensive and I can't afford it, so I chose Fitvii as a substitute for Whoop.

My son LOVES it

This fitness smart band is exactly what my sin needed. He is really strict on his workouts, and always like to track them. This has been amazing. It tracks his steps, workout, heart rate, calories, etc. it has many different modes and its a really good quality.

Better than Whoop

I have a Whoop, but I'm tired of paid apps. Until I saw the similar FitVII, I immediately bought it, after all, it comes with two straps, and surprisingly, the material of the straps is the same as Whoop, very comfortable. If I bought these two straps on Amazon, it would cost $100. OKay, now you know how cost-effective it is to buy fitvii.
