We are happy to provide shipping services to our customers. FITVII official mall chooses the most reliable courier company for cooperation. Customers can not only enjoy fast shipping of almost all items in the FITVII store, but also experience various safe and secure shipping methods. Your beloved items are always packed properly by our professional warehouse staff.
We have two different fulfillment centers in the US and China. Shipping times and shipping methods depend on your location.
Shipping is free on orders over $79.
Wrong address
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times. If you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.
Transportation time
- The shipping times mentioned in the guidelines below do not include order processing time. Except for pre-order products, order processing time usually takes about 1-5 business days. Shipping times are for business days only and do not include holidays or non-business days. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method.
We offer two different shipping methods: regular international shipping ($7.9-$9.9) and air VIP shipping($19.9). The corresponding shipping times are:

When will I receive the tracking number?
- Of course, we will provide you with a tracking number for each order from FITVII official store. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Who will be responsible for possible customs fees and taxes?
- Imported goods may be subject to taxes and are usually subject to national laws. FITVII Official is not responsible for any tax invoices charged for its products. Shipping charges are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applicable in each country. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Regarding customs duties, we cannot guarantee that it will be free.
- Buyer is responsible for paying customs duties. This is the regulation of any country. It is collected by your government and used to improve people's lives and public facilities. Sincerely hope you can understand!
If the package cannot be delivered or returned due to the buyer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance/payment of duties, the buyer will not be refunded if the buyer has not completed customs clearance. In the end, the buyer did not receive the goods and could not get a refund.
