Service from staff was great, but shipping is still very slow
I purchase 4 watches from this company, for me and my family, for some reason, one of them stopped working suddenly. After couple emails to customer service and explaining problem, watch was replaced under the warranty.The customer representative was understooding my problem and concerns. The 4 start goes for the fee and shipping fee. I don't think that customer should be paying for those under the warranty.
Rest of the watches are working fine without problems. I hope they continue to do so.
I bought the first watch Fitvii GT 5 for my father for blood pressure monitoring but a week later the button malfunctioned. Then I reached out to fitvii team who then were very helpful to provide a replacement as promise under their policy. A week later the replacement watch arrived and still working as expected.
