Being A type1 Diabetic , i wanted an accurate smart watch that could measure my blood glucose, hearth rate, ECG and blood component, body composition. The Gt5 pro max was the best watch on the market to fit my requirements.
The watch was very accurate with the exception of the blood glucose monitor. This function require a lot of calibration over a period of 25 days to get the blood glucose monitor to give accurate readings. The highs and lows were covered by my Glucometer. 90% of the time my watch covered the rest. Improvements required are Alarm function , quicker calibration of glucose function, better instruction manual.This is a fantastic watch with long battery life , the functions and visual displace are great. I have no reservations in recommending this watch to other Senior persons like me.

I got this for my mom, and she absolutely loves it! She's obsessed with the heart rate, blood pressure, and sleep tracking. Plus, the battery lasts over a week!

I am over 40 y.o. and already experiencing health problems that is why this product is a must have for me. It is handy, easy to use, realible and has a good moblie app to store my health readings. Defintely a good buy!

it works fine although its accuracy is in question, but this is not really important as far as you use it by comparing measurements.
another issue that could be considered is the type of measurements i.e. the lipid in the blood while the most popular index is cholesterol etc (I dont know if this varies between countries).
Finally, possibly an improvement could be for the watch to show apart the measurement result also the normal limits or a color code i.e. the result is shown green then it is OK, yellow is closing the boundaries of normal, red is out of the normal range and dark red/dark violet is far away the normal and so it is health risky...
you can see the normal range etc using the Phone app but it would also be nice to have such info on the watch screen as well. it is not always the phone near by...

I got this for my dad to monitor her blood pressure, blood sugar, and heart rate. She finds it easy to use, and now she feels more in control of her health.

I have the GT5 PLUS, and have been using it for about a month. So far, I am very pleased with it. I also have the Fitbit Sense 2, I bought the GT5 Plus to replace the Sense 2, because of having to pay a monthly Fitbit charge, with this there are no fees. I've been comparing my blood pressure readings via watch to a arm blood pressure monitor. I followed a video for correct placement of watch to be placed on wrist and followed the directions on how to have my arm and proper seating, before doing BP reading. They have been pretty close to one another. Sometimes the watch measures it tad higher, other times a tad lower, but extremely close to one another. At times closer than the Sense 2 did. It's been dead on, for my blood oxygen level, in comparison to my finger blood oxygen reader. I tested this watch, while wearing my Fitbit sense 2 on the other wrist and was pleased to see that they were almost exactly the same, in measuring for my steps counted, stress readings, as well as heart rate, and while doing the ECG on both. Not sure about how accurate the Lipids, Uric, or Glucose are, since I have nothing to compare that to. I do like the Electrical Pulse that it has, not sure it's doing anything, I use it when I'm having pain, the longer and harder it's set the more it takes my mind off my pain. I also like the reminders for, drinking, moving and taking pills. When checking my stress levels if on high side or when feeling anxious, I like using the breathing training in the workout list to help me to relax. I've been pleased with the battery life on this watch. Though I don't use it to make and receive calls or text, I did try it out and it is a nice feature to have, it seemed to work fine, I just prefer not to talk via speaker even on my phone, as where everyone can hear whole conversation. The watch doesn't always stay connected to my Bluetooth, though that doesn't seem to matter, because it's still communicating with it. Possibly through a direct app sync or maybe a Wi-Fi sync, which can sometimes bypass the need for a constant Bluetooth connection.

Tried two other watches in this price range and returned them both. Kept this one because of the style, ease of use, and battery life. Accuracy of health measurements/steps are within range and I compare against medical measurements and know tolerances on my watch..Purchase December, 2024 and still works as new. Everyday wearing and takes the abuse. Recommended.

My wife and I bought this GT5PROMAX smartwatch for Christmas and it is like new now, all functions are working normally and the battery can last more than 5 days. Hope it can last longer.
