One of the coolest features of the watch is its health tracking capabilities. It can monitor my blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen levels 24/7, which is really useful. The readings are accurate, and it's nice to have all this health information available on my wrist. The sleep tracking function is another feature I use all the time. It gives me detailed reports about my sleep quality.
I have the Whoop, Oura ring, and Apple Watch. Yes too much data tracking I already know. but this is the best and most accurate data I have used.
