The cardiovascular monitoring capabilities of the watch are good. While I don't necessarily say the blood pressure and blood glucose are always accurate, the trends of those readings provide a good indication how my lifestyle is influencing those measurements.

It feels just like wearing a Whoop. My fitness friends thought I was wearing a Whoop, but I was actually wearing a fitvii. Whoop is too expensive and I can't afford it, so I chose Fitvii as a substitute for Whoop.

I bought this to monitor a little bit more than what my current Watch does. So far the heart rate and everything matches perfectly for what my other device does. I love that this tracks sleep and everything else and the battery will last for a really long time.

I have a Whoop, but I'm tired of paid apps. Until I saw the similar FitVII, I immediately bought it, after all, it comes with two straps, and surprisingly, the material of the straps is the same as Whoop, very comfortable. If I bought these two straps on Amazon, it would cost $100. OKay, now you know how cost-effective it is to buy fitvii.

I am excited to start using this Fitness bracelet. I feel like I need extra motivation for exercise, especially as I am approaching 40 and my metabolism is not what it used to be! I am not very text savvy and it took me a bit to get the set up done on the app. after I had the app up and running, it was very easy to use. My favorite features are the steps and calorie counters. You can set a goal and work toward it all day.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone! There are a lot of different things you can monitor and suits a variety of needs.

I am happy with my watch and the functions. Unfortunately on January 10/25 it does not want to charge the battery. What do I do now.

The only thing that I can say about the item is that the band is to short.

Its sleep analysis function is very detailed and can accurately record the sleep cycle every night, including deep sleep, light sleep, etc. I check the data of the bracelet every morning and find that my sleep quality needs to be improved, and I also start to adjust my work and rest schedule. It is comfortable to wear and has good battery life, which fully meets my needs.

This watch works very good, and has shown me more information than my Apple Watch SE 2
It even has a thermometer!
It is very durable also!

The smart watch has a large amount of monitoring capability and the battery life is better than expected. While I have not validated the accuracy of the readings it does provide us a large set of data to track trends.
