If your dad's health is a priority, this is the perfect gift. Mine uses blood pressure, ECG and blood oxygen tracking often, and he loves the large, easy-to-read screen.

I moved from the Apple Watch to the Fitvii GT5 PRO MAX mainly to improve my fitness tracking and get more battery life, and after a month of use, I'm genuinely impressed. The only thing I miss from the Apple Watch is the ability to unlock my other Apple devices, but everything else has been a major upgrade for my needs.

The workout tracking is incredibly detailed, and I feel like I have much more control over my routine. It's also noticeably lighter on the wrist, and the sleep tracking has been phenomenal - much more insightful than what I was used to. Heart rate monitoring is spot-on, and I love how easy it is to check during a workout thanks to the bright, easy-to-read screen.

Pairing with my iPhone was seamless, and the DEEP FIT app really complements the watch well - it gives you a full picture of your health and performance.

It really doesn't stick well once out in the elements or taking a shower. Moisture gets under it and makes unsightly bubbles. This is rather lame for a protective film. For that poor quality plus the shipping charges it is TOTALLY overpriced!
