For a meaningful gift: give something they can use every day, while respecting their independence and control over shared information.
Fall Detection — A Thoughtful Addition to Everyday Care
Caring for someone means valuing both their independence and their everyday needs. PulseMax now includes fall detection to help identify possible falls during wear, alongside practical ways to call and share supported wellness information.

Fall Detection Helps identify possible falls. Follow the product guide for activation, setup requirements, and the response supported by your watch.
Manual SOS Calling The wearer can manually initiate a call to a saved contact through a nearby, Bluetooth-connected compatible smartphone with calling enabled and network coverage.
Optional Family Sharing Share supported wellness and activity information in G BAND with selected family members. The wearer stays in control of sharing permissions.
Understand What Each Feature Does
Fall detection, manual SOS calling, and family sharing serve different purposes. Family data sharing does not by itself mean that relatives receive an automatic fall alert. Refer to the current product guide for the exact response supported after a possible fall is detected.
Important: Fall detection may miss falls or register other movements as a fall. It does not prevent falls or guarantee assistance. PulseMax does not replace an emergency response service, medical care, or personal supervision when needed.

PulseMax Family Care FAQ
Does PulseMax include fall detection?
Yes. PulseMax includes fall detection to help identify possible falls during wear. Follow the current product guide for activation, setup, supported response behavior, and connection requirements. Some falls may not be detected, and other movements may be identified as falls.
Does fall detection automatically call or notify my family?
Fall detection, manual SOS calling, and family data sharing are separate functions. Refer to the current product guide for the exact response supported after a possible fall. Do not assume that detection automatically places a call, sends a message, or shares a location.
Can fall detection detect every fall?
No. Fall detection may miss falls or register other movements as a fall. It does not prevent falls or guarantee that assistance will arrive. It should not be relied on as the only way to obtain help.
Is PulseMax a good gift for a loved one?
PulseMax combines daily wellness records, fall detection, Bluetooth calling, manual SOS support, and optional family sharing in one watch. It can be a practical gift for someone who wants everyday wellness awareness and connected features. Review phone compatibility and setup requirements before ordering.
Does PulseMax include GT5 PRO MAX functions?
PulseMax retains the GT5 PRO MAX core feature set, including blood pressure and glucose trend references, ECG, PPG, HRV, heart rate, SpO₂, temperature, respiratory-rate references, supported blood and body composition insights, sleep, stress, women’s health, 100+ exercise modes, Bluetooth calling, SOS support, notifications, reminders, and supported smart tools. PulseMax also includes fall detection. Availability can depend on firmware, app version, phone permissions, and region.
What phones are compatible?
PulseMax works with compatible iPhone and Android smartphones that support Bluetooth and can install G BAND. Check app availability and the current compatibility requirements before ordering.
How does manual SOS calling work?
Pair PulseMax with a compatible smartphone, configure the saved contact, and enable the required calling permissions according to the product guide. The wearer can then manually activate SOS to place a call through the connected phone. The phone must be nearby, Bluetooth-connected, and able to make calls.
Does it require a monthly subscription?
No monthly watch subscription is required for standard supported watch and G BAND features. Connected calling uses your paired phone; your mobile carrier’s normal charges may apply.
How does family sharing work?
The wearer can authorize selected family members to view supported wellness and activity information through G BAND. Follow the app’s setup instructions. The wearer controls sharing permissions. Sharing wellness data does not itself mean that automatic fall notifications are sent.
Can PulseMax replace medical devices?
No. PulseMax is intended for general wellness and fitness awareness. It does not replace medical-grade measurements, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Do not use its wellness references to make medication decisions.
How long does the battery last?
PulseMax offers up to 7 days of battery life. Actual results vary with screen use, calling, notifications, monitoring frequency, settings, and other usage conditions.
What is included with the watch?
The listed package includes the PulseMax watch, original band, two free extra bands in different styles, charging cable, and user guide. Extra band styles may vary by selected color, offer, and availability.
