I've had the watch for a few weeks now and have found both the watch and app to be very buggy. The app is constantly syncing (can't do anything while it syncs). The various modes, and sports functions sometimes don't save data properly. I like the watch for the heath monitoring but not happy overall and do not recommend purchasing one.

I am not impressed with thefitvii hm08. The battery didn't last even half a day...I reached out to customer service and followed their instructions to continue to charge and it would get better..which it did but only slightly. Then I couldn't get it to "bond" to my phone. I wanted to return it for a refund but when I looked into the return policy you can't return it if you have used it at all...wait, what? I do not recommend this product at all.

Great buy. The blood pressure is right on. It was easy to set up. I bought two one for my wife and one for myself. I'm glad I purchased them and would do it again.

I haven't had the chance to use it the band wasn't on the watch and the piece to connect it was broke

The watch is great. The company and its customer service is superb.

So far this watch has lived up to expectations. I mainly bought it for the blood pressure monitoring which I have tested against normal devices and it is the closest I have found to a cuff monitor. Plus the more I explore the other options I like it even more. I have contacted customer service a couple times about the features and how to use them and every time I have had great customer service
Overall I am happy with this purchase and would recommend this watch for the above mentioned features and service

The quality of the watch is excellent. All functions are properly working. However, the BP function is showing higher readings than actual. With calibration through the mobile App, lower BP data is shown on the mobile App but not shown on the watch itself. I think that the BP function needs improvement and hopefully it could be achieved with future firmware updates.

I have been using the Fitvii products line for many years to keep track of my numbers (blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, tracking). I have been using the Fitvii blood pressure watch for almost four years. I purchased Fitvii GT5 because I wanted to use its Triple-Check feature. Once I learned how to set the Blood Pressure properly, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the measurements are accurate. Given my history with the Fitvii product, I believe the Fitvii will give me many years of good service.

I bought this Fitvii GT5 smartwatch after my previous blood pressure monitor broke. I’ve always known that automatic smartwatch has measurement error and therefore I try to choose among well-known brands in the hope that it will be minimized. In addition, I have a mechanical BPM, and when I suspect a significant error, I always double-check the pressure value with it. The last time I started choosing my new BPM among the well-known brands, I accidentally drew attention to this device because of its high rating. I decided to take a chance and made an order, especially since there is an opportunity to send it back. Imagine my surprise when the comparison of the measurements of the new device with the values ​​of the mechanical pressure gauge almost coincided. My wife had the same results. I’ve been using this device for more than a month and absolutely do not regret my choice.

The GT5 Smartwatch is a great watch and I'm very happy with it. All of the many sports options are great but at my age I find it more important to keep track of my heart, blood pressure, O2, and temperature. Which the GT5 does! Also the step and drinking reminders helps plus I also receive inbound calls and texts. It's economical compared to some other brands. I would recommend it to everyone. The only thing I don't know if I didn't set it up correctly is the Pairing of it to my phone.. I have to keep pairing it when I want to see my results.

I am 79 years old and technologically challenged. I plan to visit my son soon and have him set the fitness tracker up for me. I have not been able to use it.

Ordered the FITVII GT5 from the website and the package arrived one week later, not bad for delivery half way across the world. Nice looking watch and a very good battery life. I almost got 2 weeks before recharging.
I bought the watch for the Blood Pressure monitoring which was pretty good as long as your pressure is in the normal range. If you are hypertensive, you need a medically certified blood monitor. I did find the sleep results were very erratic but for the price, a good watch. I don't have any regrets in purchasing this watch.

Got these ahead of time for Christmas gifts. Other one I got was excellent
