I have the Whoop, Oura ring, and Apple Watch. Yes too much data tracking I already know. but this is the best and most accurate data I have used.

The daily log is customizable, and lets you track trends to see how things affect you throughout your day.
Sometimes it takes a long time for the data to upload from the fitvii to the actual app in the mornings or after long periods of having the app closed, but eventually syncs up.
The alarm feature is my favorite, and has saved me a few times after forgetting to set a phone alarm.
It feels just like wearing a Whoop. My fitness friends thought I was wearing a Whoop, but I was actually wearing a fitvii. Whoop is too expensive and I can't afford it, so I chose Fitvii as a substitute for Whoop.
