Getting watch replaced was very easy. Thanks!
Since it is under warrantee, I would expect it to be covered, the postage seems quite substantial to send to / from for repair work. But I guess having a replacement vs trying to have iot repaired is a factor.
Thank you for your prompt and continued support. My wife now uses and enjoys this device. Its blood pressure measurement is especially useful.
Service from staff was great, but shipping is still very slow
I purchase 4 watches from this company, for me and my family, for some reason, one of them stopped working suddenly. After couple emails to customer service and explaining problem, watch was replaced under the warranty.The customer representative was understooding my problem and concerns. The 4 start goes for the fee and shipping fee. I don't think that customer should be paying for those under the warranty.
Rest of the watches are working fine without problems. I hope they continue to do so.
