I've had the GT5 Pro Max watch for the past 2 months. I am pleased with the accuracy on my heart rate, blood oxygen level, and HRV. As well as my blood pressure, after calibrating it. As for sleep tracking it's good at telling when I go to bed, and when I wake up and get out of bed. It's not as accurate for when I actually fall asleep and my sleep cycles, as my smart ring is. It does catch my naps throughout the day better than my smart ring especially if under 30 min. I have been very pleased with it. When using ECG it has warned me of stress and fatigue, which gets me to slow down a bit and try to get better sleep and to do breathing exercises and meditation throughout my day.
