Hi, sorry, but I didn't get exactly what I ordered. I still wait to get the strap you promised to deliver me. Only then I will start to use it. For now I'm not sure that the strap will solve my problem, because the frame of the watch is silver, not the color I ordered. I think that the new strap that I didn't get yet, won't fit the silver color I have. So I paid for a watch you promised to deliver, but you didn't.

I bought 1 and got one for free. One for my husband and one for myself. Mine has a lot of features and I am very happy with it. My husband's watch has fewer features and still meets daily needs.

This is a very nice smartwatch. I am a senior and have never used a smart watch before. I like that fact that I can read everything clearly, there are so many options for exercise. I am starting out slowly since it has been many years since I have exercised like this. I have problems with my knees so the exercise bike is working out fine and I will also be using the treadmill and this watch can track both which is great and I can record and take to my doctor to see my progress. I also like that it will monitor my sleep progress. I am very happy with this watch.

The fitness watch was easy to set up, has been accurate when compared with other regular monitors, and looks good, I can wear it and read it without my reading glasses too so a bonus. I have worn the watch for 2 weeks now and still have plenty of battery charge.

My blood pressure and glucose readings are within a very close range to the medical instruments, very impressive. Also the alert when I hit 10,000 steps is very cool.

It broke in June while I was traveling (forgot the charging cable). Contacted customer service and fitvii immediately replaced it for me.
