I like this watch for it's ability to measure so many health functions. Battery life is exceptional depending on how much usage of the special measurements you take. Be aware that many smart watch features are a bit spartan. Stop watch, alarm, and timer have very simple abilities. Note very limited watch faces are available. Water resistance is not highly rated. Overall, I wish it was more like my Samsung smart watch except for the blood pressure ability. I would not buy again due to many things Samsung does that this one doesn't do.

Great for medical readings, not so much for exercise

Works great for medical readings such as blood pressure, EKG, SPO2, EKG, etc. Very reliable readings. However, it does NOT have GPS, and so there is NO readout on the watch during exercising. For example, my Garmin shows me pulse, distance, speed, and so on during my bike rides. Even though the watch pairs with my phone and records (via the GPS in the phone) a lot of information, none of that is available during the actual exercise. I suspect this is because the communication is only from the watch to the phone, and there is no feedback from the phone, thus anything that relies on GPS (distance and speed, mostly) is not available until after the exercise is done and the data is collected on the phone.

I ended up buying another watch of about the same price that DOES have GPS, and DOES provide this feedback. It does not measure everything medically that the Fitvii does, nor does the other watch have the air pump system for accurate blood pressure readings, but for me, the alternate watch (KOSMET Tank 3 Ultra) has a better balance for my needs.
