Watch is fine and works well. The problem is there is no setup instructions given with the watch just down load the ap. That tells you nothing.
Dear customer, there are corresponding video tutorials on YouTube; simply search for the watch name.
I bought the wrong watch, a good watch but it didn't have fall detection. FitVii heleped me through this error on my part, they were vey cosniderate of me.
