The band is fine. It looks nice and it fits.

I am very satisfied, I bought 2 watches of this model (for me and my sister) hoping that they would work properly, and it turned out that among the functions I was interested in, the heart rate measurement measured BP and BG (blood pressure and blood sugar) were close to the real values.

My CARE AIR 2 watch and app provide true BP and HR readings. It is within 5 points of the accurate reading. I am very satisfied.

I bought my fitvii gt5 pro max sometimes ago, the watch came as at when due, what I appreciate the more is the customer service with the company they are so amazing, I had issue with watch and they came to my rescue by sending me a new watch to arrive in few days. I can't thank you guys enough for a job well done. If you are looking for a very reliable watch with good customer service then fitvii is your choice. Keep it up please

I found this watch on the Medical News Today website. When I found it was $40 cheaper than the GT5 here, I immediately bought it. The US delivery was very fast. I received it in a few days. As it described, the blood pressure is more accurate. But the blood pressure needs to be turned on in the APP, which is a bit troublesome for me, and the customer service immediately helped me solve this problem.

I bought the first watch Fitvii GT 5 for my father for blood pressure monitoring but a week later the button malfunctioned. Then I reached out to fitvii team who then were very helpful to provide a replacement as promise under their policy. A week later the replacement watch arrived and still working as expected.
