Tom Douglas I bought a GT5 watch before, and when I saw that the dial of this upgraded GT5 Plus watch was bigger, I bought it immediately.
1. The upgraded GT5 Plus does have a bigger dial and is very comfortable to wear.
2. The EMP function has been added, which is very interesting. It feels like acupuncture and is a bit painful. I heard that it can help lose weight, but who knows.
3. Blood sugar, ECG, weather, stress test and other functions have been added, which are not available on the old version of GT5.
4. Uric acid and blood lipid functions have been added, but they are not very useful to me. I need blood pressure function more.
In general, this is the watch with the most health functions that I currently use, which can meet all my daily needs. Thanks FitVII for the free watch, my wife like it very much and I love Fitvii.

Cliff Martha This is a really really great smartwatch... can't believe that I didnt get this earlier. Set up was pretty easy.. long press the side button and it has you download an app which pairs with the watch. After the set up on the phone is easy. And I love how convenient it is that you get to see all your calls and messages right on your wrists. No need to take out my phone. It's also waterproof and the best part... it helps to track your b/p and all that good health stuff.
