A few weeks ago, I was not satisfied with the Fitvii smartwatch and decided to return it to you. I sent several emails to you, but you didn't give me your address before I returned them to you. I already did mail it to you, but you never returned my money back.

Ever since I got this watch, it's been monitoring my ECG every day. Plus, it's medical-grade, which saves me time and money from going to the hospital. It also accurately tracks my blood pressure and other metrics. Even wearing it all day, it's still very comfortable. I love it!

This is my 4th Smart Watch, albeit the most sophisticated and expensive. Everything work as expected. If you need one, spend $129 on it, don't go with the cheap.

I have seen negative reviews of fitvii on other websites, which are completely different from my experience. fitvii may want to pay attention to whether your competitors give you malicious negative reviews.

- This is an application watch with relatively complete functions.
- Customer service replies are relatively timely.
- Still not getting the right wristband after multiple requests.

This version give fairly accurate readings that I am confident in logging to keep track of vitals. It is easy to use and the battery lasts over a week before needing to be recharged. I would buy it again and I look forward to seeing where the technology will be in 5 years.
